The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 208 of the Land Code of Ukraine regarding Conditions of Land Plot Use by the Public Associations of the Disabled"

The Bill (Reg. No. 5120) exempts public associations of the disabled, their enterprises, institutions and organizations from the refund of losses of agricultural and forestry production inflicted by the use of land plots for the construction of rehabilitation institutions, objects of physical culture, sports and social services.

The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will improve social security of persons with disabilities, and enhance State support of the public associations of the disabled.
